Refund policy

All sales and bookings are final. However, return of items or refund of sales are eligible only on these few exceptions:

(FOR GROUP DELIVERY / DIRECT DELIVERY)

If you did not receive your order 5 hours past the time window or the requested delivery time. You are entitled to a full refund or completion of your order (depending on stock availability)

If what you receive was not as what you ordered. In this case, you can either ask to refund for the rest of the unfulfilled items or request for the rest of the items to be delivered (if available).

(FOR SHIPPING THE MUSHROOM LAH'S TRAVEL PACK)

If the product was damaged through the shipping process (content spilling out of the pack) , we cannot guarantee 100% the safety of shipping the items but rest assured we will replace you exactly what was damaged.
